I found last week’s readings important and crucial for identifying information and sources. It is important to know where your information is coming from and if it is reliable. Indentifying the “Five C’s” and investigating all sources is helpful in checking to see if the information given can be counted on. The article, “Predatory” is most effective for me. It is hard, and honestly boring, to sit there and read a whole scholarly reading. Determining the argument, evidence, and structure of readings quickly helps to filter out unreliable material and content without wasting much time.
